Are you normal?

What is normal? When is a person normal and can it be defined at all? In my opinion the answer would be no, there is no definition to normality.

One of the most important things in life is to love yourself. This is not the same as being a narcissist, it is a “healthy” love. Loving yourself and taking care of yourself, also means being critical and realistic. Asking for help when you need it without seeing this as a defeat. Accepting your weaknesses is essential to getting to know yourself.

I have learned this the hard way, by fighting with strength and sensitivity and eventually seeing the benefits in both. Now I know myself and now I accept my sensitivity and forces, by dealing with them. This is also what makes me so fascinated by psychology and especially cognitive psychology.

My personal motto

Forget about “being normal” (be true to yourself instead)
