Remember the fact that you are a human being, not (only) a human doing. Don’t miss out on the beauty of life, by being in a rush. Stop and enjoy the beauty of a birch when you are taking a walk. Close your eyes and take a deep breath when you are passing through a forrest; just for a mere moment. This is something my yoga instructor advised us to remember, and I actually got very touched by it. Because it’s something I forget to do, but also such a little thing that will make a huge difference on your quality of life. So from now on, I will remember to slow down and enjoy all the little beauties the world is filled with.
