I promised to get back to you, when I finished my first heat wave flow yoga lesson. I tried it out today and it was something completely different from a regular flow yoga class. The temperature was, as earlier mentioned, on 37°. So you could almost call it bikram. This heat made us take off all excessive clothes and the sweat quickly began dripping from us. The heat made the experience very intense. It took a while to get used to it, but when I did, it became a strength. My concentration was better than usual. So was my flexibility and breathing. All in al this was an amazing yoga class and I will definitely do it again…. and again. If you ever get the chance you should give it a try.
