The sound of an untroubled girl

English recap: I step comfortable and satisfied out of restaurant after enjoying a heavy mushroom soup. As I reach the street  I’m caught by a tone. The purest , finest tone. I look around to spot the place the song is coming from an open window where the song could flow out from. There are no open windows. ,The song becomes clearer and it occurs to me that an eight-year old girl on the other side of the street, walking four steps behind her parents, is singing. She sings unaffected by everything going on around her, she is relaxed and the song makes her obviously relaxed, proud and happy. I stand as captivated by her in what feels like an infinity until she rounds a corner and the song can no longer be heard.

This little moment was so uplifting to me, as it clearly was the sound of a happy girl. A pretty cheerful girl with a zest for life. Carefree. It was however the thought I went home with and this shaped the smile on my lips.
